Sales Executive
Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our Sales team.
Key responsibilities:
- Gathering the data from the internal and external sources and calling the lead prospects.
- Scrutinizing the data based on the conversation in calls and identifying the potential buyers.
- Coordinating with sales executives to make direct contact with potential customers.
- Inviting the customers to property tour visits and any other customer-related events.
- Handling outbound and inbound calls, solving queries.
- Operating telephonic equipment, automatic dialing system and other telecommunication technologies.
- Good listening skills to understand the needs of the customers.
Key competency and skills :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
